Raw Kitchen Bar started out as a passion project at the old Bukit Timah fire station years back and has now returned stronger than ever. Located along Kallang Riverside, the cafe offers a quaint haven for weekend brunches, dinner, and doubles as a watering hole.
Surrounded by lush foliage, dining here will make you feel like you’re being transported overseas. Start with the Raw Salmon Laab (SG$16), then tuck into the Miso Jerk Chicken (SG$23), 24-hours brined half-bird with pineapple sriracha and pickled fennel. Other signature dishes include the Warung Pork Ribs (SG$25), Black Mamba (SG$26), and Balsamic Duck (SG$29).
Kids get to choose from either Momma’s Mac & Cheese (SG$12), or Chicken Schnitzel Strips (SG$14). End the meal with a Limber (SG$14), a Puerto Rican popsicle in seasonal flavors.
The laid-back vibes at Raw Kitchen Bar are sure to put you in a relaxing mood, top that off with comfort food and your weekends can’t get any better!
