Nobu Restaurant Singapore at Four Seasons Hotel

World-Renowned Japanese Restaurant Opening In May 2022!

Nobu Restaurant Singapore Four Seasons Hotel

If you’ve heard or read about Nobu and always wanted to give the Japanese restaurant a try, you’re in luck. The famed restaurant will be opening its doors come May 2022, located at Four Seasons Hotel in Orchard Road.

Headed by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the restaurant is also co-founded by Hollywood actor Robert De Niro, which likely explains the celebrity crowds that flock to Nobu around the world. Combining Japanese dishes with influences of South American cuisine, you can expect menu items like black cod miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno and rock shrimp tempura. For Nobu Singapore, there will also be special dishes inspired by local influences.

While details have yet to be finalized, it is also reported that the restaurant will sit next to an open-air Japanese garden and bar, giving visitors a truly authentic and special experience. Stay tuned for more updates of this exciting opening!
