The Bread Project is located in the hip ‘hood on JL Road. East siders are regulars for tastes of their artisan breads, including dinner party faves such as ciabattas, baguettes, and cereal loaves. Residents island-wide are also driving the distance to scoop up creations stuffed in their retro brown bags.
The secret to their success is embracing the long fermentation process involved in classic bread making, adding only the best ingredients, and keeping it fresh! Their motto: “No Pre-mixes, No Shortcuts, No Junk, we Promise.”
