From improving circulation and easing digestive discomfort to aiding relaxation and providing lots of lovely bonding time, the benefits of baby massage are endless. Babies who are massaged may even sleep better and cry less (score!). Little Steps has rounded up the best baby massage courses in Hong Kong, so you can try it for yourself.
