Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP), GO PARK SAI SHA is set to redefine urban living in Hong Kong. This mega integrated development project not only includes residential spaces but also features an expansive outdoor sports facility and an integrated sports and commercial complex, spanning approximately 300,000 square feet. As the first project of its kind by Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) in Asia, GO PARK SAI SHA is poised to become an iconic destination for sports, retail, and entertainment.
Designed by the internationally renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, GO PARK SAI SHA is a testament to architectural brilliance and innovation. The design is anchored in the concepts of “Fabric Landscape” and “Lifted Village”. These principles not only ensure a seamless integration with the natural beauty of Sai Sha but also create a multi-level experience that offers panoramic views and a symbiosis with the surrounding landscape.
The architecture features fluid curves and bold geometric aesthetics, which are signature elements of Zaha Hadid’s design philosophy. The complex is designed to be a multi-layered landscape, providing vast open spaces that serve multiple functions — from sports arenas and dining areas to cultural and relaxation zones.
Strategically located between Wu Kai Sha and Sai Kung Town Centre, GO PARK SAI SHA effectively bridges the urban and natural worlds. It is conveniently accessible via a 4-minute drive from Wu Kai Sha MTR station on the Tuen Ma Line, and an 8-minute drive from University MTR station on the East Rail Line. The addition of multiple bus and minibus routes will enhance connectivity, making the complex a hub for residents and tourists alike.
GO PARK SAI SHA embodies the philosophy of “Park, life!”—a concept that encourages urban dwellers to engage with nature and enjoy moments of relaxation and recreation. This philosophy is reflected in the layout and offerings of the park, which include a variety of sports and leisure activities. Residents and visitors can enjoy everything from golfing and hiking along the scenic MacLehose Trail to water sports in Three Fathoms Cove and relaxing moments on Nai Chung Pebbles Beach.
Adrenaline seekers can indulge in activities like paragliding to enjoy the breathtaking vistas of Ma On Shan, adding a dynamic layer to the array of experiences available at GO PARK SAI SHA.
GO PARK SAI SHA is more than just a development; it is a community enhancer that connects diverse groups through shared spaces and interests. The project promotes sustainable development and includes features that cater to physical and mental well-being, pet-friendliness, and intergenerational inclusivity.
The development is designed to foster a sense of belonging and community among the residents of Sai Sha and the neighboring areas, enhancing the quality of life and promoting a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
The initial phase of the project, encompassing around 200,000 square feet, is anticipated to reach completion by the second quarter of 2024.
We love all of Zaha Hadid Architects' projects - they blend so seamlessly with the surrounding environment. We can't wait to see what's in store!
