Every step you take helps someone facing breast cancer.
Pink Walk for Breast Health is the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation’s (HKBCF) flagship annual fundraising event, a morning of movement, colour and community at The Peak. Funds raised power HKBCF’s public education programmes, free patient support services, and research-based advocacy, helping to reduce the threat of breast cancer across Hong Kong.
Who can join? Individuals, small teams, companies, and schools are all welcome, and yes, dogs too! The route is a manageable 3.5 km, taking about 1 to 1.5 hours, so all fitness levels can take part.

When is Hong Kong Pink Walk 2026 and who can join?
Sunday 25 October 2026, 8:30am–1:00pm at The Peak. Individuals, families, schools, companies and dogs are welcome. The 3.5 km stroll takes about 1–1.5 hours with no timing chip, so mixed ages and fitness levels can walk together. Register by 16 October at pinkwalk.hk.
Is Pink Walk at The Peak stroller-friendly for young kids?
Yes. The route from Peak Road Garden toward Peak Galleria is a gentle fundraising walk, not a race. Prams, small legs and pets in pink are part of the crowd. Pack water, sun hats and a light layer; October mornings at The Peak can feel cooler than the city.
How do I register my family and get a goodie bag?
Sign up on the official site before 16 October 2026 and pick a start slot while they last. Every walker receives a goodie bag. Teams and schools can enter together. Pair the morning with more family charity walks listed on Little Steps Asia.
What should we wear for Best Dressed Pink awards?
Dress pink head to toe. Awards cover Best-Dressed Pink, Highest Participation, kids and dogs, so costumes keep little walkers engaged. Comfortable shoes matter more than heels on Peak paths. Celebrities join the 10am ceremony during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
