This July Black Sheep announces the launch of ‘Master Chefs In The Making’, a 4-day summer camp geared toward cooks-to-be, aged 15 to 18 years old. Led by a team of world-class chefs at the restaurants, participants will get a first-hand look at the mechanics of a kitchen and gain valuable real-world experience. As a chef’s assistant, they will learn essential cooking techniques and help with food prep. Camp participants will also be privy to pre-service briefings for the restaurants and participate in the daily family meal, sharing in the unique sense of kitchen camaraderie. At the end of the week, the little master chefs will draw on their training to prepare a final meal for any two guests at the restaurant.

The Black Sheep Restaurant is also hosting Butter Baking Classes! It's a fun and hands-on (2.5hr) baking class with Head Pastry Chef Karys Logue is designed for new bakers, aged 12-18 years. Each participant will make, bake, and decorate their very own cake from one of Butter’s signature recipes.
Classes are priced at $1000 per person with a maximum of four people per class.
