Young Folk Therapy can provide help for many issues, including developmental delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Development Delay Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyspraxia and motor planning difficulties. It can also deliver specialist support for ADHD/ADD, language delay or disorder, picky eating, handwriting, articulation, dyslexia, reading and writing difficulties and mental health challenges.

Making friends and participating in group activities can be difficult for many children. Young Folk Therapy offers fun, interactive group sessions for children to practice the social skills needed for relationships with their peers.
They bring together children with similar strengths, challenges and interests in a fun, safe environment where they can develop their communication, motor and independence skills and boost their confidence. Their therapists will help foster a feeling of belonging through skills, activities and games.
