Boxing Classes At JAB
Leave it to professional rugby player Andrew Wong Kee and his team at JAB Mixed Martial Arts to toughen your kids up or just have a little fun monkeying around. JAB currently offers one hour parent and kid sessions for children ages 4 and up in Ginastica Natural (natural gymnastics), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and general fitness.
Ginastica Natural is growing popular with kids and adults alike as the complete workout develops physical qualities including strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, and through breathing techniques, provides practitioners with cardiovascular conditioning and relaxation. It’s great for the whole family to have fun and get fit together!
