Hong Kong has been through a lot recently, and the stress of the pandemic, self-isolating and quarantine has all taken its toll on our mental health and had an impact on family life. We recently did a Facebook Live session with counselor, life coach and hypnotherapist Sonia Samtani to get some tips on conscious parenting. managing stress and setting boundaries in these challenging times.
