Always wanted to get to grips with iSTEAM? Now you can, as Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong are hosting two parent-child iSTEAM workshops, where you’ll learn alongside your kid!
There are two workshops on April 11: an Aerospace one for children aged 4-6 years at 10pm-12pm and an Additives Manufacturing workshop for kids aged 7-9 years at 12pm-2pm. Sign up to secure your space!
Children aged 4-6 years will join an exciting Aerospace workshop from 10am-12pm, where they get to unleash their creativity by building aircraft using recyclable materials. They will also have the chance to bring dinosaurs to life using a laser cutter, creating their own prehistoric wonders alongside a parent.
Children aged 7-9 years, meanwhile, will take part in an Additives Manufacturing workshop from 12pm-2pm that will introduce them and their parent to the fascinating world of 3D printing and laser cutting.
They will learn how to design and create their objects using these cutting-edge technologies and engage in a programming activity that will ignite their interest in coding and computational thinking.
Explore the intersection of art and technology at Wycombe Abbey Hong Kong’s iSTEAM Workshops!
Join your child as they expand their knowledge in aerospace, technology, and programming in a hands-on, interactive environment!
