“Voyages of Discovery” Afternoon Tea

Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social is partnering with PAPINEE, an international storytelling company, to present four chapters of thematic afternoon tea at Cordis Hotels. The first chapter of the “Voyages of Discovery” Afternoon Tea series is called “Mexico City” and is available now!

The delicious Mexican-inspired menu is diverse. On the savory side there will be IMPOSSIBLE™ Taco with Plant-based Meat and Avocado Purée, New Caledonia Prawn Tartare with Pimento di Piquillo. On the sweet side, there will be Caramel Corn Mousse Cake, Orange Prickly Pear Cream Custard with Macaroon and Avocado Milk Chocolate Mousse Cake.

Reservations can be made here. The package is priced at HK$555 for two people and consists of the following:

* Freshly brewed coffee or tea with each tea set

* A Mini Vani the Monkey amuse toy with monogram ornament valued at HK$258 for each guest. The Aztec hieroglyphics and Mayan illustrations are representative of the historic aesthetic of ancient Mexican civilizations.
