Huge Fitness & Wellness Expo Soon In Hong Kong

Calling all yogis, gym rats, and wellness enthusiasts – for the first time ever, Hong Kong will be hosting a Fitness and Wellness Expo (FWE) and it is set to be massive! The three-day event will showcase the best in fitness and wellness that Hong Kong has to offer all under one (huge) roof at AsiaWorld Expo.

The FWE will feature five key zones:

• Fit District is a dynamic fitness space focused on aerobics, HIIT, strength, conditioning and mobility training. Ticket holders can attend classes here ranging from dance and Zumba to weightlifting.
• Yoga Stage will feature a line-up of Hong Kong’s most prominent instructors, where you can discover and experiment with all the different types of yoga.
• HYROX – the world’s largest fitness race – will be taking place in Asia for the first time. Involving a 1km run, followed by a workout and repeated 8 times, you are very likely to break a sweat during this intense race! It is open to all fitness levels and anyone aged over 16 can participate.
• The Expo zone will feature your favorite fitness and wellness brands like Nike, Puma, Green Common, Lane Eight, OCA, KIBO and Caelum Greene, with more being added.
• Finally the Gym Village will be a community space where you can meet the best fitness instructors in the city, as well as explore the different gyms on offer. So far PURE Fitness, F45, newly-launched Spin Studio Renation (click here to read the Litte Steps take on it) as well as PHERFORM (every mom’s favorite) will be on site.
