CARBON: Central’s Hottest New Outdoor Brunch Spot In Hong Kong
Fresh Farm-To-Table Dining On Pottinger Street
Looking for a new outdoor brunch spot to take advantage of Hong Kong’s glorious winter months? Conveniently situated on Pottinger Street in the heart of Central, newcomer CARBON offers a delicious brunch menu on its outdoor terrace. The restaurant offers a seasonal, flexitarian (a primarily vegetarian diet with the occasional meat and fish) menu and follows the farm-to-table ethos.
CARBON’S brunch menu includes a selection of sharing starters such as Three Cheese Fondue, a Soft Poached Egg, and Market Green Salad.
This is followed by your choice of Brunch Board which include selections such as The Big Bagel (freshly baked bagels, an incredible selection of spreads, breakfast sausages, crispy bacon, tomatoes, and avocado amongst much more) and Southern Soul (crispy fried chicken, citrus spiced waffles, cheddar biscuits, baked beans, mac & cheese, and corn on the cob).
And if there’s room for dessert, guests can share a Sweet & Savoury Dessert Board which includes items like a chocolate tart, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, seasonal fruit, and cheeses.
This brunch is pet and family-friendly! They do early breakfast too.
Packages start at HK$348 and brunch runs on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 6:00pm.
