We came back for lunch recently, and with breakfast now launched, this place has officially become our full-day favourite in Central. If you haven’t been yet, book ASAP! Whether it’s a family celebration, stylish business lunch, or just drinks with those insane skyline views, it just hits different.
  • Latest Updates At Terrace Boulud: Breakfast launched on May 4, 2026 (Monday–Friday), the new set lunch is available daily, Le French GourMay runs throughout May, and Mother’s Day on May 10, 2026 features a special celebratory menu. Families can enjoy everything from morning croissants to sunset moments, all while soaking in those iconic Hong Kong harbour and city views. All ages are welcome before 9pm, making it a welcoming spot for parents and kids alike.

At the heart of the menu are classic brasserie dishes such as Pâté en Croûte, Vol-au-Vent, Poulet, and fresh seafood from the raw bar and grill. Guided by precision, respect for ingredients, and seasonal cooking, the culinary vision is brought to life by Executive Chef Aurélie Altemaire, whose impressive career spans Michelin-starred kitchens like Epicure at Le Bristol in Paris and a decade with Joël Robuchon in London.

Beyond the kitchen, Terrace Boulud pairs Daniel Boulud’s signature brasserie hospitality with Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s legendary service, offering a polished yet effortless experience from lunch to late evening. Designed by Malherbe Paris, the elegant space draws inspiration from the golden age of travel, featuring a sculptural green onyx bar and a rooftop terrace framed by shifting digital landscapes reminiscent of train windows in motion.

The beverage program is a defining part of the experience, rooted in French wine culture with over 300 selections, including Champagne served from magnums, alongside cocktails that reinterpret classics with Asian flavors and modern techniques. The terrace and central bar serve as social anchors, seamlessly transitioning from leisurely lunches to evening dining with live DJs and performers as the city skyline lights up.
