One of the most hotly anticipated openings of the year, Terrace Boulud by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, opened its doors in March 2026, taking over the iconic SEVVA spot at LANDMARK PRINCE’S and completely transforming it. Featuring a stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, this debut marks Chef Boulud’s first restaurant in Asia and a major milestone for Hong Kong’s dining scene.

At the heart of the menu are classic brasserie dishes such as Pâté en Croûte, Vol-au-Vent, Poulet, and fresh seafood from the raw bar and grill. Guided by precision, respect for ingredients, and seasonal cooking, the culinary vision is brought to life by Executive Chef Aurélie Altemaire, whose impressive career spans Michelin-starred kitchens like Epicure at Le Bristol in Paris and a decade with Joël Robuchon in London.
Beyond the kitchen, Terrace Boulud pairs Daniel Boulud’s signature brasserie hospitality with Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s legendary service, offering a polished yet effortless experience from lunch to late evening. Designed by Malherbe Paris, the elegant space draws inspiration from the golden age of travel, featuring a sculptural green onyx bar and a rooftop terrace framed by shifting digital landscapes reminiscent of train windows in motion.
The beverage program is a defining part of the experience, rooted in French wine culture with over 300 selections, including Champagne served from magnums, alongside cocktails that reinterpret classics with Asian flavors and modern techniques. The terrace and central bar serve as social anchors, seamlessly transitioning from leisurely lunches to evening dining with live DJs and performers as the city skyline lights up.
We were lucky to try Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental in London, and it was so good!
Whether it's a refined lunch, a leisurely afternoon tea, or an elegant dinner, Terrace Boulud will offer a warm, sophisticated atmosphere reminiscent of a classic French café — reimagined through the international glamour of Hong Kong. As the evening unfolds, the rooftop terrace will transform into a vibrant destination for signature cocktails, curated wines, and local craft beers, all served with breathtaking views of the city skyline and harbour.
All ages are welcome before 9 pm. After 9 pm: Ages 12 years or above are welcome for food & non-alcoholic beverages.
