It’s so good!), designed by Zaha Hadid, Peridot is more than just another Instagram-worthy spot—it’s a transformative all-day dining and nightlife experience redefining Hong Kong’s food and beverage scene. Open from Monday to Saturday, Peridot offers a seamless journey from refined lunches to late-night cocktails, with an emphasis on plant-based gastronomy, innovative mixology, and extraordinary design.

Led by François Cavelier, the terroir-inspired cocktail programme explores the origins of spirits, featuring creative drinks like “The 3 a.m. Whisky” and “Durian’s Consent.” Complementing this is Chef Lisandro Illa’s fermentation-forward, plant-based cuisine, with standout dishes like nut-based cheeses and fruit charcuterie that elevate vegetarian dining to new heights.
