Their elevated “Cantonese tapas” menu includes standouts like shrimp toast, whipped mala feta dip with crispy dumpling toasts, eggplant cheung fun noodles, and pillowy soft baos. As for the drinks, the latest menu, A Tale of Chinatowns, draws inspiration from the history of Chinese migration, connecting Hong Kong to iconic Chinatowns around the world. Highlights include the floral Miss Joaquim and savory Bloody Boat Maggi, each cocktail telling its own unique story.
With a design inspired by Wong Kar-wai’s In the Mood for Love and classic eateries like Tai Ping Koon, Kinsman seamlessly blends the past with the present, making it the perfect spot to relive old Hong Kong or show off the city’s charm to out-of-town visitors.
