Fun fact! Rebecca Schrage, the founder of Schragels, has a unique heritage with her mother being a Hong Kong native and her father being Jewish from New York. Schrage’s family has a rich history in the culinary world, as her grandparents operated Jewish delis in New York during the 1950s and 60s. The cherished bagel recipe has been lovingly handed down from generation to generation.
