THE APARTMENTS

The team stayed in one of the themed apartments, which was absolutely spotless. These units are generously sized with plenty of storage for luggage, prams, and all the extras that come with traveling with children. Key highlights include incredibly comfortable beds and pillows that delivered one of the best nights’ sleep away from home, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a high chair and children’s utensils, plus a washing machine and dryer that proved to be a huge bonus for families. Generous bathroom space makes family mornings easier, while the apartments remained peaceful and quiet with no noise disturbances. Reliable fast WiFi and well-maintained air conditioning kept everything comfortable throughout the stay. The concierge team was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond.

Active kids and parents will love the sports facilities, including tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a half basketball court, with equipment available for loan at the front desk. There’s also a well-equipped 24-hour gymnasium for adults.

For younger children, the Play @ L3 area on level three is a standout, featuring a Tots Play Zone for toddlers, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and a cosy reading corner stocked with books and toys — ideal for hours of entertainment. The space is open daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and serves as a great spot for families to connect. Pool towels are available for convenience, and a baby cot can be requested. On-site parking is reasonably priced and hassle-free.

All facilities were in excellent condition and spotless throughout the stay. Note that swimming floats and water toys are not provided, so families should bring their own favorites. Additional perks include The Lounge @ L2 with a Starbucks self-serve kiosk, workstations, and a relaxing patio area.
