The entire festival is divided into several exciting zones. Here’s what you can dive into:
1. Arena: Fitness, Flow, and Fun
From energising yoga and Cardio Dance Zumba to Pilates, Sound Bath, or even Trampoline Fitness, there’s something for everyone. Most classes are free, with a few premium sessions.
2. Showdown: Ninja Lab Adventures
Test your agility on challenging obstacle courses, or watch elite athletes in action. You can sign up for:

3. Playground: Inflatable Adventure Zone
Step into a 30m x 30m Inflatable Kingdom packed with 15 unique courses. Runs are SG$22 for 1 hour or SG$37 for 3 hours, and this zone is open daily from 3pm–10pm.
4. Refuel: Tasty Bites by the Beach
After all that action, recharge at Breadfast Everyday, offering a delicious mix of Western-Asian fusion. Plus, Islander members can earn points or redeem vouchers for extra perks!
