In May 2025, students around the globe celebrated as they received their Diploma Programme (DP) and Career-related Programme (CP) results! This milestone marks the end of their incredible two-year learning adventure. What's even more exciting? There’s a 7.2% jump in students getting their results, making this a record-breaking year for graduates!
We have compiled a list of the news from top schools in Singapore with more to be added after completing the November session exams.
What is the exam and how does IBDP Exam scoring work?
The IBDP curriculum is designed around six subject groups and a foundational core that includes Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS). Students choose six subjects: three at Higher Level (HL) and three at Standard Level (SL). Each subject can earn up to seven points, and with the core components adding an extra three points, the maximum possible score is 45 points.
