Get ready, pizza fans—Pizza Studio Tamaki (PST) is officially landing in Singapore this June 10, 2025, and it’s set to be a game-changer. Hailing from Tokyo’s buzzing Roppongi district, PST has earned cult status not just in Japan but across Asia, landing a coveted spot on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2025 list. With celebrity fans like Jeff Bezos and Justin Bieber and nods from Michelin, this pizza powerhouse is finally bringing its doughy delights to 38 Tanjong Pagar Road.
So, what’s the big deal? At PST, the magic lies in the dough—fermented for 30 hours using a mix of Japanese and American flour to create a beautifully blistered, airy crust with a paper-thin centre. Think Naples meets Tokyo precision. Heading the Singapore kitchen is Ryosuke Tanahara, handpicked protégé of founder Tsubasa Tamaki, who has trained under the master for nearly three years. Tanahara joins a legacy of pizzaiolos that includes Eddie Murakami of Beyond the Dough fame.
