Parents looking for a relaxed yet exciting spot in Sentosa will love the new People People Brewing Co (PPBC). Opened in April 2026 by Burnt Ends chef Dave Pynt, this 9,000 sq ft social brewery blends fresh on-site beer with shareable wood-fired food in a welcoming industrial-chic space at The Weave, Resorts World Sentosa.
Brewing happens in full view with five 1,500-litre tanks pumping out crisp lagers, tropical pale ales, fruited sours, and more – all going straight from tank to tap for maximum freshness. Master brewer Nick Calder-Scholes (2024 Australian Brewer of the Year) keeps the lineup balanced and drinkable.
The kitchen shines with a wood-fired Classico oven and Camino hearth. Expect sourdough pizzas (try the miso beef short rib), rotisserie chicken, giant burgers, and smoky bites.
It’s the rare brewery that feels truly welcoming for all ages – fresh beer for parents, tasty crowd-pleasing food for kids, and programming that encourages repeat visits without the stuffiness. Pynt’s fire-led philosophy turns a casual outing into something special.
Families with kids of all ages (especially toddlers to tweens who love interactive spaces and sharing plates), parents seeking a relaxed Sentosa day out, and groups wanting wood-fired brunches or evening vibes. Capacity for 180 seated / 400 standing means there’s room to breathe.
