The Singapore Polo Club has a new dining outlet in the form of city favorite Coriander Leaf.
After the success of its flagship restaurant at Chijmes, Coriander Leaf opened its second outlet at the Singapore Polo Club in March. Set amidst the club’s expansive, lush grounds just minutes from the city center, the restaurant is situated within the historic Mountbatten Room and features an open kitchen and Chef’s table. The adjoining Polo Bar is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy a pre or post-meal cocktail, whilst the open Verandah offers peaceful green views.
Coriander Leaf’s menu features signature Pan-Asian dishes from its original restaurant, as well as fresh new dishes that pair perfectly with its extensive selection of wine, draft and craft beers, and classic cocktails. The menu is divided into Fresh, Familiar, Spicy, Umami, and Sweet sections. Familiar favorites include Charcoal Grilled Baby Lamb Chops, Wagyu Beef Rib Rendang, and Chicken Haleem. Spicy and Umami dishes include Mala Wok-Fried Chicken and Young Jackfruit Home-Made Sri Lankan Curry, as well as Nepalese Minced Chicken Momo Dumplings and Burmese Khao Suey. A vegetarian menu is also available.
Green views! Dining at the Singapore Polo Club almost feels like a holiday in itself.
Date nights and dinners with friends. Make sure to try the Coriander Leaf Cooler made with rum, blood orange liqueur, lime juice, spiced green mango syrup, and aromatic bitters.
Energy levels a bit low? Coriander Leaf offers a takeaway menu so you can enjoy your fusion feast in the comfort of your own home.
