Eating At Fernando’s Restaurant In Macau

A Real Macau Must-Do!

Student at gavrila gymnastic

Probably one of Macau’s most recommended restaurants, Fernando’s is a charming Portuguese restaurant located on the Southern side of Coloane island, close to Hac Sa beach. Established in 1986, it continues to serve up Macanese favorites such as African chicken, clams, sardines and prawns alongside salads of fresh garden-picked tomatoes and onions and limitless homemade bread. Lively ambiance and friendly service are a huge bonus. Fernando’s does not take reservations so bear this in mind if you have a particular ferry to catch. There is, however, a very pleasant bar and outdoor seating area for you to enjoy a few bevvies while watching your kids running around.

Why Little Steps Loves It:

Sumptuous sardines, African chicken, roast suckling pig, and local clams are washed down with pitchers of house sangria in a setting with a distinct holiday vibe far removed from the casinos and lights of the Cotai Strip.
