Taobao’s Retail Store To Relocate To Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

PapaHome Powered by Taobao (the shopping retailer’s physical shop in Hong Kong) is set to relocate its flagship store this October from Tsim Sha Tsui to the heart of Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay. Spanning over 35,000 square feet across two floors, more than twice the size of its current location, the new store will offer an expanded selection of stylish home décor and furniture alongside exciting new lifestyle elements.

With its innovative “More Than Home” concept, the Causeway Bay flagship will redefine the shopping experience by combining furniture and home living with lifestyle offerings. Shoppers can look forward to enhanced design services, curated home aesthetics showrooms, custom furniture solutions, and even new additions like PapaCafe, floristry, and wellness products. To build a vibrant lifestyle community, the store will also host regular workshops and community events.

Since its opening in 2025, PapaHome Powered by Taobao has stood out for its Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) model, allowing customers to experience products in-store and purchase conveniently via the Taobao app. The original store in Tsim Sha Tsui will continue to operate until October, showcasing over 10,000 products from 100+ handpicked Taobao merchants.
