KidZania Hong Kong: Opening Date Still Uncertain, Updates To Follow
A Scaled Version Of Hong Kong Sprawling Over 7,000 Square Meters
KidZania, the globally renowned interactive city for children, was set to open its first location in Greater China right here in Hong Kong in mid-2025, and we were eagerly anticipating its opening! Designed to provide kids aged 1 to 14 with fun, educational role-play experiences, the attraction promised to blend inspiration and learning in a unique way. However, the opening date is currently unclear.
While the timeline remains uncertain, we’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as more information becomes available.
When it does open, KidZania Hong Kong is expected to span three stories and over 7,000 square meters, offering children a chance to explore nearly 50 creative professions in a safe, immersive environment. Some of these experiences will be unique to Hong Kong, with partnerships from a range of international and local brands across industries, including:
- Finance and technology: HSBC, HKT, FTLife
- Media and entertainment: HOY, MOOV
- Healthcare: Mead Johnson, Wai Yuen Tong
- Food and beverage: Kee Wah Bakery, Pizza Hut
- Retail and lifestyle: Chow Sang Sang Jewellery, SKECHERS, and more
KidZania has become a global phenomenon, operating in 26 locations across 23 countries, including Tokyo, London, and Mexico City, attracting millions of visitors annually. Hong Kong’s outpost would be an exciting addition to this lineup, bringing unique experiences to families and children in the region.
