Good news! A special needs school has opened up in Tung Chung. This HK$335 million dollar investment has been 13 years in the making. The Thelloy Development Group will build this school which is specifically for children with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. Opening in 2019, the school has 18 classrooms and will be able to board up to 60 children. There are a number of special needs children living in this area that will benefit greatly from this school.
