Yoga Kids at Yoga Room

It’s never too early to start your kids on yoga or rather “stretching” as many sporty dads prefer to call it.  The Yoga Kids program at Yoga Room has a line-up that your kids will bend over backward (well, almost) to join.

Kids ages 3 and up learn yoga using the “Yoga Kids” approach with interactive games and animated poses about animals, nature and basic anatomy. They strengthen their physical ability and flexibility as well as improve their concentration, focus and breathing. And, of course, they have fun!

Yoga Kids classes stimulate kids’ minds and teach them to stay fit!

Who It's Perfect For:

Kids are grouped in classes for ages 3 to 6 years old and 7 to 12 years old.

What Else:​

Join one of the regularly scheduled classes for mom and baby every Tuesday or classes for kids ages 3 and up on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
