Paris is 6 hours behind Hong Kong – all timings in this guide refer to Hong Kong time.
The Hong Kong government has just announced that all Olympic games will be broadcast on public TV channels RTHK, TVB, ViuTv and HOY TV - which means we can watch everything for free! Otherwise, just head to your closest local sports bar.
You can also catch the key events from the Olympics at four of Sino Group's largest malls - Olympian City, tmtplaza, Citywalk, and One North, where massive screens will be put up for the occasion.
Other places to watch the Olympics for free is at one of Hong Kong's many sports centers across 18 districts. The Olympics Focal Site will be open from 8:00am to 11:00pm every day from July 27 to August 12.

As of March 26, 2024, athletes in 5 sports categories - cycling, sailing, swimming, windsurfing and table tennis have qualified in 15 events for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Athletes to look out for so far are Siobhan Haughey, Cindy Cheung Sum-yuet, Ian Ho Yentou and Nicholas Bezy Halliday.
