Temple Mall Celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival

Wong Tai Sin Temple is celebrating its 100th anniversary this Mid-Autumn Festival, and Temple mall is throwing a special party to commemorate its birthday!

From now until October 1, a gigantic 3.5-meter-tall ‘Golden Autumn Lumiere’ interactive installation will set Temple Mall aglow with sky lanterns and mirror reflections. Have the kids dive into a journey of light and shadow, where sky lanterns change colors in sync with your movements!

The mall and the temple will be decked out with mesmerizing exhibits of Chinese zodiac-inspired lanterns. From September 18-24, families joining the Sik Sik Yuen Centennial Carnival at Wong Tai Sin Temple who collect 9 stamps from booth games with the Carnival Passport can redeem a mini sky lantern too!

In addition, the Mid-Autumn Bazaar starting on September 1, will feature almost 100 flavors of mooncakes, from Cheese and Peach Snowy Mooncake’ to ‘Earl Grey Tea Custard Mooncake and ‘Vegan Snowy Mooncake’!
