Don’t miss out on the iconic Chinese New Year night parade this year! It’s a parade that the whole family will love and it’s hosted by Cathay Pacific who by the way also holds the very much enjoyable Sevens; It’s bound to be a great event! There are free vantage points where you can get a beautiful view of the parade, but to avoid the major crowd at this event, it’s best to arrive earlier than the starting time.
For the comfier option of viewing the parade from the spectator stands, tickets can be purchased for HK$480/HK$450/HK$300 per person. The seats are located at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza, right at the starting point! Spectator seats on Nathan Road are also available for HK$300.
This highly saturated, fun-filled street party of a parade is one to attend. The floats and the performances are stellar, so line up for your spectator stand tickets at the Hong Kong Tourism Board Visitor Centre at Star Ferry Concourse between 8am and 8pm daily.
Feb 5, 2019 (Chinese New Year’s Day). 8pm-9:45pm. See you there!
