Join Musical Sing-A-Longs At The Mills Kids Festival This Summer

One of Hong Kong’s most popular cultural landmarks, The Mills, is hosting a Kids Festival during the Summer break.

The festival, which will be held from 8-31 August, features a family interactive music experience – Around-The-World Music Fantasy, a Kids Market, and a Travel Around The Mills with Isatisse stamp-hunt. The cute character, Isatisse, is the face of the festival this year.

Around-The-World Music Fantasy is the must-go experience that your family can never miss on August 18 – 21. Imagine travelling through a world of music and singing along to best-loved songs from different cultures, including Japan, Thailand, Brazil, and Africa. Step through an Anywhere Door, and you’ll be immersed in different traditions, and music styles and even a touch of wellness experience.

Curated by local renowned musician Vicky Fung, the show brings together music director CMgroovy, renowned percussionist Anna Fan and more to take the audience on a round-trip through music. The session will also include a guided breathing exercise to help the audience stay in tune with their physique and boost overall wellbeing.

This fantasy musical journey is an all-in-one experience for families, with elements of music, amusement, and wellness. It’s a fantastic experience for families looking to get in touch with their musical side!

Another highlight of the festival is the Kids Market, which will take place on August 27-28 from 1pm-6pm. Children can make their own products, come up with a business plan and run their own market stall under the theme of handcrafted products and games.
