Simran Savlani, acclaimed cookbook author and the creative force behind the beloved Spark Sauce, invites you to A Mad Food Tour! Following the resounding success of the inaugural tour, Season Two promises an exciting exploration of the vibrant streets of Sham Shui Po.
This unique culinary adventure offers a vegetarian feast like no other, featuring a curated selection of Michelin-recommended eateries and hidden gems, some with over a century of history. Participants will explore traditional dai pai dongs, cha cha tengs, and street food staples. Savlani guides participants through her favorite spots, many of which have inspired the recipes in her bestselling A Spark Of Madness Cookbook.
The tour provides an immersive experience filled with delightful tastes, engaging conversations about food, and plenty of Spark Sauces. Ideal for local foodies eager to explore new tastes or those looking for a unique date night idea, this tour offers an unforgettable exploration of one of Hong Kong’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
