Free Family Fun & Wellness At AXA’s BetterMe Weekend 2024 In Hong Kong

AXA BetterMe Weekend is back for its fourth consecutive year! Coinciding with World Mental Health Day, this free community carnival is open to the public free of charge, with no need for prior registration, and features a comprehensive range of activities that cater to all ages, focusing on improving both physical and mental health while promoting eco-friendly practices. This year’s theme, “BetterMe City,” integrates mental and physical health with environmental consciousness.

Here are the activities you can look forward to:

• Giant Bouncy Castles: Suitable for both adults and children, these provide a fun and energetic way to engage in physical activity.
• We are Liverpool Challenge: In partnership with Liverpool FC International Academy, this activity promotes the importance of sports through soccer games and offers trial training sessions for kids.
• Blissful Bubble Hut: A unique photo opportunity area where participants can create memorable moments surrounded by whimsical bubbles.
• Thematic Booths: Collaborations with partners like Decathlon, ELEMENTS, Green One Lab, Green Power, HK Express, Klook, PURE Fitness, and more, focusing on:
  • Mind Health: Activities and information to enhance mental wellness.
  • Physical Health: Exercises and workshops promoting physical health.
  • Wellness and ESG: Introducing eco-friendly practices and sustainability in everyday life.
• Free Workshops: A variety of workshops including yoga and craft sessions that encourage mental and physical well-being.
• Stage Performances: A mix of busking, bubble shows, sports and dance performances that entertain and engage the audience.
• Interactive Games: Includes shooting games and twisters that provide fun while fostering social interaction and physical activity.
