Oh Mama mia! The guys behind Post Pubblico have officially re-opened up the popular Linguini Fini.
The Italian American bar/restaurant offers authentic Italian food “just the way mama made it” in a casual environment (kids welcome!). The interior features a gritty downtown twist including wall art by the Hong Kong street artist group Start from Zero. Kids can watch the masters at work in the open kitchen, which includes areas dedicated to homemade pasta and salumi (Italian cured meat products).
And the food? Chef Vinny Lauria’s menu hits the spot with classic dishes made with high quality fresh ingredients. Signature dishes include “Nose to Tail Bolo” Pork Testa, Veal & Oxtail Ragu served with freshly made pasta, and sweetbread ravioli that will hook you in to returning again and again.
Save room for the homemade desserts such as hot chocolate affogato and yogurt gelato by pastry chef Jack Chua, formerly of Nobu New York and Maison Boulud Beijing.
