Nobu Restaurant Returns To Regent Hotel Hong Kong

With the gradual reopening of Regent Hong Kong, an exciting development awaits Hong Kong’s vibrant dining scene—the highly anticipated return of the internationally acclaimed Nobu restaurant. Founded by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro, the new Nobu Hong Kong, joins the ranks of 51 other Nobu restaurants across the world including London, Tokyo, Milan and Dubai, in a perfect location overlooking the majestic Victoria Harbour.

Known for its distinctive fusion of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences, using the finest ingredients, Nobu is more than just a dining establishment – it is an extraordinary destination that promises an exceptional experience, characterized by Nobu’s warm and attentive service, rooted in the Japanese spirit of hospitality known as omotenashi. Expect the signature dishes that have made Nobu world-famous, such as the renowned Black Cod with Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, and Toro Tartare with Caviar, along with the melt-in-your-mouth New-style Sashimi and Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy Sauce. The menu also showcases South American-inspired creations like Tirodito and Nobu Ceviche, paying homage to Chef Nobu’s time in Peru, where he developed his distinctive “Nobu-style” cuisine.
