Every Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM, indulge in a stylish brunch overlooking Hong Kong’s skyline. Saturdays are adults-only, with vibrant vibes and DJ-led beats, while Sundays cater to families with a more relaxed, kid-friendly atmosphere.
Drawing inspiration from sunny California and Mexico, the brunch starts with appetizers like Beetroot Carpaccio and fresh Tortilla Chips with dips. Unlimited small plates include highlights like French Oysters, Yellowtail Tuna Ceviche, and Hamachi with zesty Leche De Tigre. For mains, choose from options like the signature Po Boy with spiced shrimp, a Poke Bowl with beetroot-cured salmon (or vegan style), or Grilled Hawaiian Beef Skirt with chimichurri. Wrap up your meal with a decadent Tres Leches dessert served tableside.
Brunch packages start at HK$558 for adults and HK$300 for kids, with optional drinks add-ons, including non-alcoholic options (HK$168) or champagne and cocktails (HK$388).
