Grand Reopening Of The Regent Hotel Hong Kong

After extensive renovations, the Regent Hotel Hong Kong is ready to unveil the second part of its reopening with the unveiling of its magnificent rooms and suites! Opening for reservations from March 2023 onwards, the hotel’s rooms have been completely reimagined thanks to world-renowned architect Chi Wing Lo who wanted to reimagine a majestic and intimate sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui.
The Regent Hotel Hong Kong had also previously unveiled a series of world-class restaurants with Nobu set to open its doors very soon. Read on for all you need to know about this new dining destination!

The Steakhouse
For The Finest Cuts And WinesHelmed by Head Chef Amine Errkhis, formerly at the American Club, Bistecca Italian Steakhouse, Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay and other popular Hong Kong dining spots, The Steakhouse at the Regent offers a curated selection of the finest meats from around the world like Japan and South America. These are seared on the restaurant's original charcoal grill. Besides grilled meats and seafood, the menu includes an elaborate salad bar, an oyster bar, a premium caviar selection, and classic appetizers such as onion soup and duck foie gras terrine. The wine list is quite extensive and offers a premium selection of the finest bottles. This is a decadent affair and the dress code is smart elegant.

International Buffets With Kids' OptionsWith sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, Harbourside restaurant is basking in light. Here you will find international buffets with the finest the world has to offer from Asian to Western cuisine, carefully prepared by head chef Nicholas Chan who used to work in some of the most famous restaurants and hotels in the United Arab Emirates like the Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa.
