There isn’t one. Redback Specialty Coffee have just opened their ‘flagship’ (wait till you see it) store on the uber-cool section of Peel Street, the bit between Hollywood Road and Staunton. Its understated, small and intimate plus the coffee is sensational. Scottie and the Redback Coffee team have opened this small espresso bar so that Hong Kongers can experience amazing quality coffee.
And then, whoosh (queue the puff of smoke), it’s gone! Late afternoon, the espresso bar will transform into Nights with a fine selection of wines from around the world.
The opening hours are 6am to 2pm (coffee) and 6pm to late (wine).
