Hong Kong’s first 100% plant-based vegan French-style patisserie, Bien Caramélisé, has opened its doors in Mong Kok! Founded by Jessica Chow, the former Grassroots Pantry Pastry Chef. She is one of the few patisserie chefs who exclusively cooks with plant-based ingredients, and has been carefully designing the recipes for Bien Caramelise for three years.
Jessica Chow has developed all the recipes herself from scratch, including the plant butter and creams. There are also no preservatives, white flour, or refined sugars and all the ingredients are as local and organic as possible. She strives to create delicious and sustainable food that we can all enjoy.
Currently on the menu are individual and full-size cakes, including bergamot lemon tart, but you can also find chocolate eclairs and banana pandan lucuma Perfect for each member of the family to have their own moment of indulgence, prices start at HK$50, click here to see their full menu.
Enjoy a moment of indulgence without the guilt.
