Family-Friendly Interval Eatery Now Open In Cyberport

Hot off the press! A new all-day diner has opened in The Arcade, Cyberport in collaboration between Farmacy HK and Twins Kitchen. Interval serves deliciously fresh Italian fare alongside coffee and natural wines. Within the clean setting, the Cyberport branch of Interval also houses an urban farm which produces a large proportion of the food served to your table. The Twins Kitchen now have three branches of Interval (Central, Tseung Kwan O, and now Cyberport). They are also the brains behind PMQ’s Taste Kitchen and Common Ground Café.

Farmacy HK creates indoor farming solutions for food and beverage clients. You may have seen their farms at City Super, Market Place, Fusion and soon to be at Le Meridien in Cyberport. The indoor urban farms produce nutrient-rich produce with no pesticides within a minimal space. Interval Cyberport serves fresh farm-to-table plates including mouth-watering sourdough pizzas which are cooked in the custom-built Neapolitan wood fire oven. The kitchen is led by Steve Chiu who has worked at both Octavium and 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana. Another great plate worth trying is the charcoal-grilled fresh squid for its deliciously fresh simplicity. An absolute must for any visit is a serving of tiramisu. Hand scooped from the large dish; this generous portion of heaven will leave you completely satisfied with life. Interval also offers fresh and healthy salads, sandwiches, and pasta for takeaway and through Deliveroo and Food Panda.  The wine selection is extensive and filled with natural wines from all around the world. Cocktails are also available. Coffee is served all day from 10am – whoo hooo.

Want a picnic?  Being close to Cyberport Waterfront Park has inspired Interval to also offer a park picnic deal including fresh Italian al fresco dishes including sandwiches, antipasti meats. The picnic selection can be packed into a picnic basket with a picnic mat to create an effortless al fresco park experience.
