Inspired by original Italian recipes and the basic principles of Slow Food, Cibo combines locally sourced food with traditional ingredients from Italy. The end result is authentic Italian dishes with beautifully blended flavors. You’ll love the fresh daily made pasta, grissini and cookies. Pizza Gourmet is their latest creation, made with sourdough starters and raw toppings, a fresh new approach to pizza.
Most of the herbs are grown on-site in rustic wooden boxes that greet you as you climb the steps into the restaurant. Cibo has a very relaxed atmosphere, if the younger ones are feeling restless, they can curl up on a sofa or park themselves on a bean bag chair and color. Are you ready for the coolest news? They have a Pizza Camp on Saturdays for kiddos! At the end of the class, kids can enjoy their hard work for lunch.. YUM!
