Situated on the site of an old rubber plantation, the Yishun Aboretum is a living gallery of these trees and is designed for research and education. The park has an interesting variety of fruit trees and hilly terrain – perfect for a short hike! Want to play? Playground structures are mainly in sandpits with various rope obstacles. Fancy a climb while enjoying the thrill of getting a little dizzy? Check out the merry-go-round spider web structure. Bigger kids will love the challenge of the larger spider web climbing structure. Little tots have the option to clamber on the mini-obstacle playground with a gentle slide. There is a fenced-dog run area within the park, suitable for small to medium sized dogs. SAFRA clubhouse is just the corner too! Head to the suspension bridge and balancing rope obstacle within the sandpit area for more climbing adventures. The highlight of this playground has to be the long tubular slide at the back of the large spider web structure.
Fruit trees, hiking, playgrounds, and tubular slides at this cool playground in Yishun! We also love that it is the site of an old rubber plantation - history fun!
