The Playhouse @ Rochester Park reopened last month after refurbishments and the sparkling new 2 floors of play area won’t disappoint. There is plenty of entertainment to keep the little ones occupied while you relax in the adjoining Rochester Cafe, which offers healthy options such as steamed fish and veggies or meat loaf.
A lot of thought has gone into the layout and design of this spectacular space with a water play area, garden, trampoline and small cars that kids can drive around the astro turf “road”. When you’re in need of some air-con and change of scene, head indoors for more fun including a fabulous dress-up area, kitchen, castle, and soft play area for the babies.
Downstairs is great for babies to 7 years while upstairs has rooms for the older kids which can be used for birthdays, private play-groups or events. There are private nursing and baby change rooms, and children’s toilets too.
