During children’s formative years, their developmental skills are best trained and expressed through creativity. One place where you can let them go wild with their imagination while having tons of fun is none other than The Artground! Nestled within Goodman Arts Centre, it has recently re-opened after renovation works to feature a brand new space broken up into three areas.
The Arts Space is where parents and kids can roam freely and train motor skills with interactive slides and climbing areas. The Whitebox is home to various activities such as theatre plays and even hosted birthday parties in the future! The Good Garden, on the other hand, is the outdoor urban garden where kids can gather to learn more about nature and nurture.
Besides free entry to these areas, there is also the Weekend Arts Program for families to bond and learn together. These sessions start from SG$10 for each parent and child pairing and last for 30 minutes. Look out for programs like arts and crafts workshops, gardening tutorials, and poem readings!
With so many things to explore at The Artground, plan a date with your kiddo for your next family day out!
The Artground provides a conducive learning space through art and theatre, with both free and ticketed activities!
Kids from as young as newborns to 12 years old to explore their artistic side.
