Raising a history buff? For a fun and educational day out, head to The National Museum of Singapore!
Both adults and children will enjoy taking a walk through time to learn about Singapore’s history and heritage in an imaginative way in the 119 year-old museum. The museum offers an impressive audio tour for both adults and children with a special and abbreviated route for kiddos (follow the kiddie footpath!), so be sure to pick-up a headset at the entrance and let the fun begin.
Snack attack? Settle into a comfy Capellini chair designed by cult furniture designer Jasper Morrison at the casual Novus Cafe and snack on sandwiches, quiches, or the signature milkshakes. Grab one of the tables outside the Novus restaurant’s main room to dine “in the museum” and revel at the architecture of the monumental building!
A museum that kids will not want to leave…we likey!
Fun and educational exhibitions, stunning architecture, and yummy milkshakes make for a perfect day at the museum!
Little and big history buffs and those who want to learn more about Singapore.
