Visit Chinatown Heritage Centre With The Kids In Singapore

Hands-On History

If you’ve walked by the Chinatown Heritage Centre, look again! Step inside this quaint little museum in the heart of Chinatown for hands-on learning for the whole family!

Kids will love saddling up to old card-game tables, and stepping into the very kitchen where the original people of 50 Pagoda Street once cooked. There’s even a spot where kids can learn about the interesting foods migrants cooked after they escaped the Chinese provinces to the promised land of Singapore. Kids are welcome to explore and touch respectfully throughout the museum.

The Chinatown Heritage Centre is the only place in Singapore that has restored the original interiors of its 1950’s shophouse tenants, giving your whole family an appreciation of the true struggle of Chinatown’s early residents. Enjoy the three levels of Singapore’s rich history to explore, all air-conditioned!

Why Little Steps Loves It:
