Being able to afford to pay an international school’s tuition fees in Singapore is at best a privilege, at worst simply unattainable. Luckily, there are schools that offer a range of different scholarships to international students in Singapore. Though most international schools don’t run long-term scholarship programs but announce scholarships individually and irregularly, we’ve listed those that offer scholarships every year, whose scholarships are diverse and have a track record of happy scholars!
The application processes are detailed and rigorous, but those who excel – and not just academically – will get not only financial aid, but also nurturing recognition that will help them develop their excellence.
GEMS World Academy awards academic, art, sports, and community service scholarships every year, to new and existing students alike. The application process includes submitting an application for a specific type of scholarship, the student's own personal statement and goals, corroborated with documentation, while the reduction of tuition fees ranges from 25 to 100%. Amazingly (and encouragingly!), 50% of new applicants receive scholarships!
