Firebake is a woodfired bakehouse and restaurant is a concept showcasing woodfired sourdough bread making and wholesome cuisine enjoyed with breads, using historical European woodfired techniques and contemporary global influences in flavors.

Their menu is casual and cozy – think salads, soups and sandwiches. Their sourdough bread is made from organic flour, wild yeast, natural salt and Nordaq fresh water – delicious!
